  • Before any operation, please check if the external device supports the HDMI ARC function. If not, It is normal to be unable to connect to the TV. Only when both the TV and the speaker support HDMI ARC, the speaker play the audio successfully through the HDMI to connect to the TV. Poor contact Poor contact can affect signal transport and reduce signal strength. It is suggested you disconnect the cable from the TV and external speaker and re-plug the cable to the TV and external speaker firmly. Incorrect HDMI port It is suggested to check if the HDMI port being used on the TV and speaker is the one that supports HDMI ARC. For TV, you can check the detailed information on Which HDMI of realme Smart TV support ARC and CEC Abnormal video or audio It is suggested to play other videos or audio for the test. Additional settings for external devices Please check if other settings or modes need to be set. For example, Soundbar needs to change different modes when connecting to different devices. Additional settings for TV It is suggested you check if the TV turns on the CEC function refer to How does the realme Smart TV turn on the CEC function Check if the issue is caused by the TV 1. Please connect the other speaker to the TV with HDMI. If the other external speaker can work normally, there may be some issues with the external device. If the other external speaker can't, there may be some issues with the TV. Please follow the steps below: a. Turn off the TV and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a minute and plug it back in. b. Refer to How to reset realme Smart TV to restore the TV to factory settings. c.   • If the remote control fails due to physical damage, and it cannot be solved by the following methods, it’s better to buy a new product rather than repair a broken one. Before trying anything else, firstly remove the remote batteries and press any button a few times. Then re-insert the batteries after at least one minute. Low battery Please refer to the picture to replace the remote-control TV. Note: 1. Ensure that batteries are inserted in the correct direction. 2. Replace batteries only with the same or equivalent type. 3. Do not use different types of batteries (for example, Manganese and Alkaline batteries) together. 4. Do not mix old and new batteries. Obstacles, electronic interference, or TV being too far away from the remote. The above situations will affect the signal transmission of the remote control and the TV reception signal. Please check if the above problems exist in actual use. If Only the Mic key doesn’t work on the remote Please refer to What if google assistant doesn’t work. Troubleshooting for realme Smart TV NEO 32” remote Turn on your smartphone’s camera and point to the front of the remote and press the power key on the remote. Press and hold the power button on the remote while looking at the smartphone screen. You can see a light or flash coming from the remote in the video. Check if the TV is connected to other external devices, such as a USB drive, TV stick, DVD, etc. If yes, please disconnect the external device from the TV then perform steps 1, and 2. If neither the TV remote nor the TV buttons operate the TV, please apply for after-sales service for the TV by calling at Toll free no. 1800 102 2777.

  • If your TV has lines and dots as shown in the picture above, please refer to the following solutions. Abnormal video with lines or dots Some videos of low quality or resolution will have lines or dots, it is suggested to use other video resources or watch the video online. The influence of external devices Poor contact with external devices, poor quality or too long HDMI cable, abnormal external devices, and other reasons can also cause this issue on the TV. Please follow the steps below: 1. Disconnect the external device from the TV, then check if the lines or dots persist. If yes, please refer to Check if the issue is caused by the TV to troubleshoot. Replace a short, and high-quality cable. 4. Restart the external device. 5. Replace with another external device, then check if the lines or dots persist. UI 2.0: Press the Menu button on the remote > Setting > Network Settings > Data Saver > Data Saver > On/Off Other functions for Data Saver Data Usage Details: This data is cleared at 0 o'clock per day. Data usage is for reference only, please refer to actual usage. Data Alerts: You can choose to be reminded when the actual data usage reaches different levels, or turn off this reminder. The reminder level can be selected every 100MB, 500MB, and 1GB. For example, when every 500MB set by you is reached, it will pop up a reminder "In a period of time, you have used 500 MB of data".
