What if realme Smart TV remote is not working?

If the remote control fails due to physical damage, and it cannot be solved by the following methods, it’s better to buy a new product rather than repair a broken one.

Before trying anything else, firstly remove the remote batteries and press any button a few times. Then re-insert the batteries after at least one minute.

 

Low battery

Please refer to the picture to replace the remote-control TV.

Note:

1. Ensure that batteries are inserted in the correct direction.

2. Replace batteries only with the same or equivalent type.

3. Do not use different types of batteries (for example, Manganese and Alkaline batteries) together.

4. Do not mix old and new batteries.

 


Obstacles, electronic interference, or TV being too far away from the remote.

The above situations will affect the signal transmission of the remote control and the TV reception signal.
Please check if the above problems exist in actual use.

 


If Only the Mic key  doesn’t work on the remote

Troubleshooting for realme Smart TV NEO 32” remote

Turn on your smartphone’s camera and point to the front of the remote and press the power key on the remote.
Press and hold the power button on the remote while looking at the smartphone screen. You can see a light or flash coming from the remote in the video.
If you don’t see a light or flash coming from the remote, it means there are some issues with the remote.

Check if the remote-control issue is caused by the TV.

1. Check if the TV power indicator light is on

    If yes, go to step 2

    If not, check if the power cord is plugged in firmly.

2. Check if the TV can be turned on by pressing the power button on the TV.

   If yes, please apply for after-sales service for remote by calling at Toll free no. 1800 102 2777

   If not, go to step 3.

3. Unplug the TV power cord and reinsert it after 2 minutes, then perform steps 1, and 2.

4. Check if the TV is connected to other external devices, such as a USB drive, TV stick, DVD, etc. 

    If yes, please disconnect the external device from the TV then perform steps 1, and 2.
