No 5G signal / network
Scenario 1: No 5G signal for all the time Causes: 1. There is no 5G signal in the environment. 2. The 5G network mode does not match the environment. 3. The system settings are abnormal. 4. The SIM card is damaged. 5. The system version is old. Solutions: 1. It is recommended that you consult the local operator to confirm that the area is covered by 5G signals. If 5G is currently covered, you can turn off Smart 5G and then switch on/off the airplane mode to try again. realme UI 3.0 & 4.0: Settings > Mobile network > Advanced settings > Turn on 5G > Turn off Smart 5G realme UI 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > SIM card & mobile data > Select SIM card > Turn on 5G > Turn off Smart 5G realme UI R & Go Edition: not support 2. It is recommended that you set NSA+SA mode to receive a 5G signal. All realme UIs: Step 1: Go to Settings > About phone /device > Version > click on the "built number" 7 times, prompting you have entered the developer options. Step 2: Go to Settings > Additional Settings/System Settings > Developer Options > 5G Network Mode > NSA+SA Mode. 3. It is recommended that you reset your network settings. realme UI 4.0 & 3.0 & 2.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & reset > Reset phone > Reset Network settings. realme R Edition & Go Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth. 4. If the SIM card is damaged, it is recommended that you replace the SIM card that supports 5G. 5. If the current version is old, there may be network compatibility issues. You can update to the latest version before using 5G. Scenario 2: Other phones have a 5G signal, but realme phones do not. Causes: 1. The impact of smart 5G settings.
