Terms of Sales

The partner will keep you updated on your order status via email. You may cancel your order in My Orders via the "Cancel" button, or by contacting Customer Support at https://www.realme.com/in/support. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days through the same payment method as the order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached "Processing" status.

The Partner makes every effort to supply the Products listed in your Order Confirmation. In some situations, however, we will need to cancel your order. For example, (1) the item is no longer in stock; (2) the item is no longer being produced; (3) there is a price fluctuation; or (4) a Third Party notifies the partner that cancellation is necessary. If this is the case, the distribution partner will cancel your order, notify you of the cancellation, and timely refund the money you have paid toward the Order. Unless the case involves violations of applicable national law, refund of the money you have paid toward an order will be the extent of distribution partner to you for a cancelled order.

During sale campaign and during flash sale,due to huge flow of orders we may take more than usual days to ship your orders(it could be 2-3 working days)

 

You can cancel your order until it is not dispatched. Please get in touch with our service team regarding such concerns.

 

Once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned. It includes the condition of even box in unopened condition.

If you receive the shipment in damaged condition, please get in touch with our service team at orders.in@realme.com. The concerned about the damaged product should be informed to our service team within 24hours of the delivery. If you have received a wrong product, please connect with our service team within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change the shipping address. You can cancel the order and can place order again.

1) Go to My Orders section and click on the particular order for which you want the invoice
2) You will now see the 'Download Invoice' option. Click on it to download the invoice.

For products delivered with a Manufacturing defect: Please mail us within 7 Days of delivery and we will assist you accordingly.

 

Kindly connect with your respective bank. It usually takes 7 working days to reverse back the amount
