Steps:
Press and hold the " +
" buttons for 5 seconds to pair the remote control, it needs to keep remote control near to TV Stick.
Note:
Before pairing, please refer to this path to check if the remote had been paired with the TV stick.
If there is a pairing record with the remote control in the TV, please refer to the following path to forget the remote control, then pair the remote to the TV stick again.
Path: Press settings button on the remote or select the setting icon on the interface of TV > Settings > Remotes & Accessories > Select realme_stick > Forget
