Reigniting Our E-Commerce DNA with the P Series 

— What is realme P Series? What is its Mission?

In April of last year, the realme P1 made its debuted in the Indian market. The new productline quickly took the online markets by storm with its exceptional value, setting a record of over a million units sold. Sicne then, I've frequently received questions and curiosity with this new series: What is realme P Series and who is it aimed at? Will it be launched outside of India?

After a year, I believe it's now the perfect time to provide everyone with the answer.

Yes, we're set to launch the P Series globally.

The P series, designed by realme specifically for the international e-commerce market, carries a unique mission compared to other existing product lines.

It aims to reset the limit for the next-generation "Best Seller" with flagship experience and ultimate value.

The realme P Series is designed for young users active on online shopping platforms. They are passionate about technology and eager to discover exciting tech products online and on social media. However, after thoroughly researching the global e-commerce smartphone market, we found that there are very few products on the market that genuinely offer comprehensive value.

We spoke with young e-commerce users in Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. They expressed that the process of choosing a smartphone online is a challenging task of making tough trade-offs. They often find themselves switching back and forth between different product pages, only to buy a more competitively priced product that ultimately fails to meet their expectations in functionality and experience. Conversely, opting for upgraded performance often means accepting compromises in design and camera quality. It seems that performance, imaging, and design always form a triangle of impossible satisfaction.

So we decided to create a series that breaks that "impossible triangle", which allows young users to purchase exceptionally great-value products at their fingertips, right from home.

What is ultimate value? It goes beyond just a low price or competing specifications. It means combining top performance, a smoother gaming experience, superior imaging quality, and premium design—all in one.

How will we make this happen? The P series will keep bringing in flagship-level performance, delivering top-notch innovations in chipsets, batteries, cooling, AI, and gaming for its price range. We’ll also capitalize on realme's strengths in imaging and design, adding camera features that truly resonate with young users, along with a sleek, distinctive aesthetic. This way, users won’t have to compromise, giving them an awesome phone that delivers an elevated experience in every way within their budget.

The P series has been an exciting journey through three generations. We’ve consistently listened to what young consumers want, diving deep into their needs to shape our designs and enhance our offerings for real value. In the dynamic Indian market, our dedication has truly paid off. With over 2 million units shipped online, the P series has shown that when we innovate and understand our audience, we can make a real impact.

Now, with the launch of the P3 series, we’re not just bringing out another phone; we’re again shaking up the segment. Leading media have even called it a "Segment Redefiner." This isn't just tech talk; it’s about creating experiences that resonate with young people and inspire them.

Now we feel it’s time to take the P series global and make it accessible to more young people.

Sure, we know the cross-border e-commerce space is packed with competitors, with mainstream brands already well-established. But we firmly believe: Where there is unmet demand of users, there is our opportunity.

This confidence has been with us since the very beginning of realme. I remember back in 2018, when realme was just starting out. We, too, were full of passion, diving into the fiercely competitive Indian e-commerce market.

As a result, it sold out in just two minutes after becoming available, and the entire series claimed the title of “Best Sellers” on Amazon. Even today, the three-minute applause at the realme 1 launch still inspires every member of the realme team.

And after seven years of dedicated effort, realme is no longer the same as we were at the beginning. We’re not just fighting alone anymore; we’ve forged strong partnerships with major e-commerce platforms worldwide. Working closely with allies like Flipkart, Amazon, Shopee, Ozon, Yandex Market, AliExpress, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Temu, we are crafting online products that truly resonate with local markets.

We have moved beyond wild growth, developed tailored e-commerce sales and after-sales service systems for different markets, and established a solid foundation for local user engagement. Today, we are more mature, better equipped, and have forged deeper connections with our users -- all of which will enable us to do even better.
