Problem phenomenon:
When playing audio or video, the Bluetooth/ Phone speaker produces distorted sound.
Causes:
1. The distortion may be caused by overdriving the speaker.
2. Your Bluetooth speaker/ Phone near a wall or a corner, or on a hard surface can amplify the sound.
3. There is something wrong with the audio source.
4. The connection of the Bluetooth speaker is not good.
5. Dust and dirt can accumulate on the Bluetooth speaker/ Phone speaker grill and affect the sound quality.
Solution:
1. Please reduce the volume to a level that is within the power handling capacity of the speaker.
2. Adjust the speaker or phone placement to reduce reflections and interference. For example, avoid placing your speaker or phone near a wall or a corner, or on a hard surface that can amplify the sound.
3. Change another song or video to try again.
4. If you are using a wired or wireless speaker, make sure the connection is secure and stable. For example, if you are using Bluetooth, go to Settings > Bluetooth and see if your phone is connected to your speaker. If not, pair them again. If you are using an auxiliary cord, make sure it is plugged all the way into your headphone jack and your speaker.
5. Use a soft brush or a cotton swab to gently remove any debris from the speaker grill. Be careful not to damage the speaker membrane or push the dust further inside.
6. Restart your phone to try again.
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please back up your data and go to the nearest realme service center for testing.
