What if the realme Smart TV cannot turn on?

TV has no power supply

No power supply to the TV is one of the common reasons why the TV does not turn on, it is recommended that you check the power supply first.

Unplug the TV power cord and re-plug it after 2 minutes, then, check if the power Indicator is red.
If the power Indicator doesn't light on, please follow the steps to fix this issue.

        1. Make sure that the TV power cord is firmly inserted into the power socket and the TV (Applicable to some models) completely.

        2. Check if the TV power cord has physical damage, such crooked power plug, or broken power cable.

        3. Make sure the switch of the power socket is turned on.

        4. Check if there are power fluctuations, such as brownouts or blackouts.  

Tips for testing the power socket: You can charge your phone on the same outlet and check if that works, if not, there may be some issue with the power supply or socket.

 

Remote Issue

If the power Indicator is red, please check if the TV can turn on by pressing the power button on the TV. If not, it may be some issue with the remote.

The influence of the connected External device 

Abnormal external devices and other issues will also cause this kind of phenomenon. Common External Devices: DVD, USB drive, TV stick and etc.

Please disconnect the external device from the TV, unplug the power cord, and re-plug it after 2 minutes.

Then, press the power button on the TV or on the remote to turn on the TV.
