Notice before upgrade:
- Please check the Applicable model to make sure you select the correct upgrade method for your product.
- A U disk needs to be prepared separately to save the upgrade file, and the U disk format must be FAT32;
It is recommended to use a high-speed U disk for system upgrade.
- Please do not turn off your realme Smart TV during the update process.Otherwise, it may cause system damage
Method Ⅰ
1.1 Applicable model：
realme Smart TV 80cm (32”),
realme Smart TV 108cm (43”),
realme Smart TV Full HD 80cm(32”) (Black)
realme Smart TV SLED 4K 139cm (55”)
1.2 How to update?
Step 1: Transfer the downloaded *.pkg files to the root directory of the U disk and make sure there are no other *.pkg files.
Step2：Unplug the power cable, insert the U disk, insert the TV power button and plug in the power cord at the same time, and then restart the system, the system will automatically enter the upgrade process.
Step3: After the upgrade is complete, the TV will automatically restart.
Step4: Wait for the screen to display as follows, the upgrade is successful. Pull out U disk to prevent it from entering the upgrade again after reboot.
1.3 Note:
This upgrade will take a few minutes,. Please wait patiently for the TV to restart automatically. During the upgrade, don't power off, and the progress bar will run three times.
Method Ⅱ
2.1 Applicable models：
realme Smart TV 4K 108cm(43”)
realme Smart TV 4K 126cm(50”)
2.2 How to update?
Step 1: Transfer the downloaded *.bin files to the root directory of the U disk and make sure there are no other *.bin files.
Step2：Unplug the power cable, insert the U disk, wait for about 30s to 1min, then insert the power cord and press the power button for about 20s , the system will automatically enter the upgrade process, as picture shown below:
Step3: After the upgrade is complete, the TV will automatically restart.
Step4: Wait for the screen to display as follows, the upgrade is successful. Pull out U disk to prevent it from entering the upgrade again after reboot.
Step5: Reset the TV, restart the TV, enter the setup wizard page, and the entire upgrade is complete
2.3 Note:
If the upgrade process is aborted or an exception causes the upgrade to fail，Please repeat the above steps
Method Ⅲ
3.1 Applicable models：
realme Smart TV Neo 32”
3.2 How to update?
Step1:Copy the upgrade file“aml_upgrade_package.img”and upgrade configuration file
“aml_sdc_burn.ini” to the root directory of the USB flash drive, and connect the USB flash drive to the TV USB port;
Step 2:Press and hold the power key,and Plug in AC power, let go when you see the progress bar, the upgrade time is about 2 minutes, the indicator light flashes red during the upgrade process, and restart after the upgrade is complete;
