1. Function Introduction
When the TV is stuck, apps fail to install or open, it may be caused by that internal shared storage being full. You can clear cached data for all apps and free the memory.
2. Operation and methods
Step 1: Select [Settings] in the interface,
Step 2: Select [Device Preferences]
Step 3: Select [Storage] and enter the next menu
Step 4: Select [Internal Shared Storage], then select [cached data] and [Ok] to clear.
Step 5: If you want to check and clear specified APP data, Select the APPs and enter the next APP menu.
Select the APP which needs to clear, and select the clear data and clear cache to clear
Note:
It isn't applicable to the realme Smart TV Neo 32" due to the system differences.
