1. Function introduction
APP data: The App cache, and other pieces of saved information, like the log-in information and preference settings of the app.
Cached data: After first opening an app, there are Files, scripts, images, and other multimedia stored on the TV. This data is used to quickly gather information about the app every time you revisited, reducing the loading time.
Defaults: When installing and first using the app, there are some default settings that need to be set.
Clear Data & Cache: When the app is in a flashback, stuck, or can’t be opened, it may be caused by out-of-memory, clear data and cache can help to fix this issue.
Clear Defaults: Clear out the default actions that you set. if these settings don’t meet your requirement when using the APP, you can use this function to clear the settings.
2. Operation and path
Step 1: Select and enter the settings
Path 1: Select Apps/ AI PONT in the interface, enter the app list, then Select the installed application, press and hold the OK button on the remote control, a pop-up box with options, and select the info.
Path 2:
Step 1: Select Settings and apps, then select the application and enter the info menu
Step 2: Select "Clear data", "Clear cache", or "Clear defaults", then select ok to clear
