1. Operation and path:
【Step 1】Find the location of the TV USB disk interface on the back of the TV.
【Step 2】Connect the USB flash drive to the USB port on the back of the TV and observe whether the device is detected on the TV side
【Step 3】Select the desktop Favorites list Move right to select Media_playe or Long press the home button of the remote control to enter the APPS list page and select Media_Player
【Step 4】Open the media player to access device file permissions
【Step 5】Media Player interface, in Device browsing mode, select the storage device, select the application to be installed, and press ok to perform the installation
【Step 6】Pop up prompt "Media Player install unknown application", set to allow Media Player to install an unknown application
【Step 7】Select the app again and perform the app installation
【Step 8】Wait for the application to install itself until the prompt is complete
2. Conditions or notice:
1. Considering the certainty and security of your own download and installation of the application, we recommend that you download the application from the Google Play Store.
2. realme Smart TV (except realme Smart TV NEO 32" ) supports installing 3rd party APP. We tested some apps and found that they were compatible, but it can't be guaranteed that all APPs are compatible, they may have compatibility issues.
3. The functions of different models of devices are slightly different, please refer to the actual function interface for details.
4. realme Smart TV Neo 32'' doesn't support the above operation (download applications from the app store) because it's based on the Linux system and most apps are incompatible with it. If you want to use some apps in realme Smart TV Neo 32'', it's recommended to purchase realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick to get a better experience.
5. For realme Smart TV 4K 43" & 50", if you need to install the APP through a USB drive, it needs to install a file manager.
