Notice before upgrade:

1. Please check the Applicable model to make sure you select the correct upgrade method for your product.

2. A U disk needs to be prepared separately to save the upgrade file, and the U disk format must be FAT32;

It is recommended to use a high-speed U disk for system upgrading.

1. Please do not turn off your realme Smart TV during the update process. Otherwise, it may cause system damage.

Method Ⅰ

How to update?

Step 1: Transfer the downloaded *.pkg files to the root directory of the U disk and make sure there are no other *.pkg files.

Step 2: Unplug the power cable, insert the U disk, press the TV power button and plug in the power cord at the same time, and then restart the system, the system will automatically enter the upgrade process.

Step 3: After the upgrade is complete, the TV will automatically restart. 

Step 4: Wait for the screen to display as follows, the upgrade is successful. Pull out the U disk to prevent it from entering the upgrade again after reboot.

Note:

This upgrade will take a few minutes, please wait patiently for the TV to restart automatically. During the upgrade, don't power off, and the progress bar will run three times.

Method Ⅱ

How to update?

Step 1: Transfer the downloaded *.bin files to the root directory of the U disk and make sure there are no other *.bin files.

Step 2: Unplug the power cable, insert the U disk, wait for about 30s to 1min, then insert the power cord and press the power button for about 20s, the system will automatically enter the upgrade process, as picture shown below:

Step 3: After the upgrade is complete, the TV will automatically restart.

Step 4: Wait for the screen to display as follows, the upgrade is successful. Pull out the USB disk to prevent it from entering the upgrade again after reboot.

Step 5: Reset the TV, restart the TV, enter the setup wizard page, and the entire upgrade is complete

 Note:

 If the upgrade process is aborted or an exception causes the upgrade to fail, please repeat the above steps. 

Method Ⅲ

How to update?

Step 1: Copy the upgrade file "aml_upgrade_package.img" and upgrade configuration file "aml_sdc_burn.ini" to the root directory of the USB flash drive, and connect the USB flash drive to the TV USB port;

Step 2: Press and hold the power key, and Plug in AC power, let the buttons go when you see the progress bar. The upgrade time is about 2 minutes and the indicator light flashes red during the upgrade process, and TV will restart after the upgrade is complete;
