Causes:
If you touch the touch area of the earphone by mistake or other special operations for a long time, the pairing information of the earphone will be lost.

Please open the top cover of the charging case, take the two earphones out of the charging case, then triple-tap the binaural touch area at the same time, and then press and hold the earphone touch area for more than 15s at the same time.
Finally, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Pair to bluetooth earphones to use it normally.

Please put the two earphones into the charging case, open the top cover of the charging case, triple-tap the binaural touch area at the same time, and then press and hold the touch area of the two earphones at the same time for more than 15s. Finally, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Pair to bluetooth earphones to use it normally.

Please open the top cover of the charging case, keep both earphones in the charging case, and short press the multi-function button 5 times to reset the factory settings. Finally, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Pair to bluetooth earphones to use it normally.
