Operation method:
For Other Neckband:
1. Please detach the magnetic earbuds from each other.
2. Press and hold the multi-function button for about 10 seconds until the LED light starts flashing. This will erase the previous pairing history and restore the factory settings.
*For realme Buds Wireless 3:
1. Please detach the magnetic earbuds from each other.
2. Tap the ANC button five times, then press and hold the ANC button for 10 seconds to restore factory settings.
For realme Buds Air, realme Buds Air Neo, realme Buds Air 2, realme Buds Air 2 Neo, realme Buds Air Pro, realme Buds Air 3, realme Buds Air 3s, realme Buds Air 5 Pro, realme Buds Air 5:
Put the earphone into the charging case, open the top cover of the charging case, press and hold the multi-function button for about 10 seconds. Until the LED light starts blinking, the earphone clears the original pairing record and restores the factory settings.
For realme Buds, Q, realme Buds Q2 Neo, realme Buds Q2, realme Buds Q2s:
Put the two earphones into the charging case, open the top cover of the charging case, and press and hold the touch area of the two earphones for 10s at the same time. Until the phone Bluetooth searches for realme Buds Q, and the reset is successful.
For realme Buds Air 3 Neo, realme TechLife Buds T100/realme T100/T110, realme Buds T300:
Open the top cover of the charging case, take the two earphones out of the charging case, and press and hold the touch area of the two earphones for more than 10s at the same time, until the phone Bluetooth searches for the name of the earphones.
Note: Wired earphones (like the realme Buds Classic) do not require a reset.
