1. Please check and enable the realme Link app permission to push message. The operation path: Settings > Apps > App List > Search for "realme Link" > Enable Notification Permission.
2. Please check and enable alarm message push function in the realme Link app. The operation path: realme Link app > realme Smart Cam 360° > Alarm message > enable Alarm push messages.
3. If there is continuous movement, the alarm will not be triggered frequently. The alarm will be triggered again after the screen is still about 10 seconds.
4. If the alarm sensitivity setting is low, it may affect the alarm notification. It is recommended to change the Alarm sensitivity in the realme Link.
5. It may be that the moving range of the realme Smart Cam 360° is too small to trigger the alarm.
