Troubleshooting method:
1. Confirm whether to start the game for the first time and check whether the network is good;
2. Check whether the phone storage space is sufficient and clean up background applications;
3. Suspend the ongoing download, update or file copy operation in the background;
4. Turn off the power saving mode and keep sufficient power (above 20%);
5. Check whether the system caches is too much, please restart the phone;
6. Confirm whether it is the latest system version, please update the system version;
7. It is recommended that you use Quick startup function.
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: You can open the Game Center by clicking on Game > Click at three dots on right top side > Go to setting > Quick startup
realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: After you open the Game Space, swipe up the "Mode" page to find the Quick startup.
