What should we do if the wearing detection of realme TWS earphone is too sensitive/not working

Please troubleshoot as follows:

    1. It is recommended that you clean the light-sensing position of the earphone.

    2. Check whether there is any dirt or objects in the charging pins of the earphone and the charging column in the charging box. Please keep it clean.

    3. Put the earphones into the charging box. Open the charging box, press, and hold the function key for 10s to reset the earphones.

    4. Reconnect the phone to confirm whether to fix the problem.

    If the above operation does not work, please go to the realme service center for testing.


If you don't want this function, please disable it.
