realme Smart Cam 360° cannot be connected to the phone

Please confirm the connection steps and troubleshoot as follows according to different connection situations.

1. The device is not scanned

    (1) Confirm that the realme smart camera has entered the network distribution state, the red light of the camera indicator flashes, and there is an interval beep.

    (2) Make sure that the distance between the camera and your phone is not too far.

    (3) The realme smart camera itself is abnormal. If several attempts fail, please check and deal with it in service center.


2. The realme Link application page prompts "WiFi connection failed"

    (1) Confirm whether the WiFi name and password are entered correctly. It is recommended to re-enter the WiFi name and password.

    (2) It is recommended to disconnect the power of the router and try to restart the router.

    (3) Confirm whether the router has set MAC filtering, it is recommended to reset the router to restore the router settings.

    (4) Check the router's blacklist. If you do not know whether to set the blacklist, please contact the router configuration staff.

    

3. The entered Wi-Fi password is correct but realme Link still prompts an error

    (1) The camera only supports the 2.4G frequency band for the time being. Please check whether the connected WiFi is in the 2.4G frequency band.

    (2) It is recommended to disconnect the power of the router and try to restart the router.

    (3) Please set the router encryption mode to WPA/WPA2 mode, if you do not know how to change it, please contact the router configuration staff.

    (4) Confirm whether the router has set MAC address filtering. If you do not know whether to set MAC address filtering, please contact the router configuration staff.

    (5) Check the black and white list option settings, if you do not know how to change them, please contact the router configuration staff.

    (6) Turn off the AP isolation in the router settings. If you do not know how to change it, please contact the router configuration staff.

    (7) Check whether the network status can be connected to the external network. Please use your phone to connect to WiFi and open the web page to check, and load the web page normally, that is, you can connect to the network normally.


4. realme Smart Cam prompts "Paired successfully", but no camera is seen in the list

    (1) It is recommended to exit realme Link, clear the application background and reopen the application.

    (2) If the camera does not appear in the display list, it is recommended to re-bind the realme smart camera.
