1. Network interruption when using Wi-Fi
Solution: It is recommended that you try the following methods one by one to see if it improves:
1. Download a third-party APP such as Speedtest to check the network delay. If the network delay is high (high ping value) and the bandwidth is low (low download and upload bandwidth), it may cause interruptions.
Please try to connect your phone to 5G WiFi, restart the router, replace with a new router, or change to a network with higher bandwidth and lower latency.
2. Enter the router configuration interface and check whether the IPv6 switch is enabled on the router. If it is enabled, please turn off the IPv6 switch and try again.
3. If your phone uses a metal protective case, a magnetic protective case, a magnetic stand or a magnetic suction cup, it is recommended to remove it and use it again. Metal and magnetic materials can easily interfere with the signal and cause the phone signal to deteriorate.
4. If the phone is using the bluetooth, please turn off the bluetooth and check whether the network is normal. If the phone and router support 5G Wi-Fi, it is recommended that you connect to the 5G Wi-Fi to check whether the network speed is normal (the 5G Wi-Fi name is usually XXX-5G)
5. Search and turn on Reset Wi-Fi Settings in Settings to reset Wi-Fi related settings. (Note: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection records will be deleted).
2. Network interruption when using mobile data
(1) Determine whether frequent change of regions results in frequent disconnection of the network
Solution: Since these types of roads are generally laid in areas far from the city, the network coverage is insufficient; the network is better in areas where the population is concentrated, and the quality of network coverage may be poor in areas far away from the population, which will cause network problems. It is normal to be disconnected repeatedly, so you don't have to worry about it.
(2) Judge the network quality in a certain area where the user is located
Solution 1:
If this phenomenon occurs on your phone only in the same area, it is recommended that you check the network status of other phones with the same operator card or go to other areas to observe the network conditions. If it returns to normal, it may be caused by the poor network quality in the area. You can contact the operator in the area to inquire about the network coverage.
You can check the signal strength of the network card in Settings>About Phone>SIM Card Status, it is recommended that you use it at a signal strength of -70 to -80dBm.
Solution 2:
If this phenomenon occurs in any area, it is recommended that you turn on the phone settings, enter reset Wi-Fi settings in the search bar at the top, click Reset Wi-Fi settings, and try after restoring the SIM card network. (3) Determine whether the phone card data has exceeded the standard
Solution: Some operator card packages have a data limit. When the data usage exceeds the limit, the internet speed will be reduced, resulting in stuttering and intermittent internet access. You can contact the operator's customer service to confirm whether the phone card package exceeds the data limit.
3. Network interruption when using third-party apps
Solution: If your phone is frequently disconnected from the network when using some applications, it is very likely that the third-party server is abnormal, resulting in slow data transmission or network disconnection. 4. Other special circumstances
（1）Network interruption when using VPN
Solution: It is recommended that you turn on the settings, pull down the notification bar > press and hold the mobile data to enter the mobile network interface > click the SIM card > the name of the access point, choose to disconnect the VPN or close the VPN software and try again according to the actual situation.
（2）Network interruption when using data SIM card or IoT card
Solution: Due to the difference in contract information, some IoT cards and data cards may experience abnormal Internet access. Please replace the ordinary card and try again. If you can connect normally, it is recommended that you contact the relevant operator.
