What if the Third-party Apps Hang in realme Smart TV?

Please confirm if issue occur in one third-party App or all the third-party App:
1. If issue occur in one third-party App, cannot make sure the compatibility with the system. Please uninstall the third-party App, clear cache and check the latest update. 2. If issue occur in all third-party Apps, cannot make sure the compatibility with the system. Please uninstall the third-party App, please clear cache. 3. Factory reset.
