DOA: 

If found any manufacturing defects post purchase, you can visit nearby authorized Service Centre to report the issue to claim DOA. The replacement within 7 days from date of purchase or activation date whichever is earlier. Please carry your purchase invoice, this is must. The GSTIN Number and all relevant details with IMEI sticker pasted on Invoice.


DAP:

If found any manufacturing defects post purchase through realme Website, you can visit nearby authorized Service Centre to report the issue to claim DOA replacement within 10 days from Date of delivery. Please carry your purchase invoice, this is must. The GSTIN Number and all relevant details with IMEI sticker pasted on Invoice.
