Additional 6-Month Warranty - Terms & Conditions:

 

Eligibility for Additional 6-Month Warranty:

  • This service is only applicable for realme 11 Pro Series 5G smartphones purchased on the official realme website.
  • The phone must be activated before 10th July.
  • The Additional 6-Month Warranty will be provided on 10th July.
  • The Additional 6 Month Warranty is only applicable for specific period sales done at realme.com.
  • Customers who have expressed interest by clicking "Notify Me" but have already made a purchase of realme 11 Pro Series 5G on Early Access Sale (8th) / Pre-book (9th - 14th/15th) / First Sale (15th - 11 Pro+ 5G | 16th - 11 Pro 5G) are eligible for the extended 6-Months Warranty

 

Warranty Coverage Conditions:

  • The warranty is valid only for products purchased in India. An international warranty is not applicable.
  • The warranty period for the mobile device starts from the activation date or invoice date, whichever is earlier, and is applicable only on devices purchased during the specific offer period.
  • Delayed activation date due to unforeseen logistics delays will be considered, but a valid proof of purchase (i.e. Invoice) must be produced if demanded at the service center to avail of warranty services.
  • During the warranty period, realme will provide free maintenance services for workmanship and required spare parts through authorized service centers for any functional failure.
  • realme may conduct diagnostic tests on customers' products to identify causes of failures/defects. Customers should back up data and remove any confidential/personal information from the product before returning it for service. realme is not responsible for any damage or loss of data or storage media.
  • The warranty does not cover if the user has rooted the device and cannot be restored by a software update. ASC (Authorized Service Center) should take prior approval from the customer before flashing the software.

 

Dispute Resolution:

  • In case of any dispute where no fault is found in the device by the authorized service center and the user does not agree, both parties may agree to have the device tested by agencies authorized by the Consumer court/organization. The testing fee should be submitted in advance by both parties. If a quality issue is found after testing, the testing fee will be borne by the service center. If no fault is found in the device, the user will bear the fee.
  • In case of conflict between this service policy and national laws and regulations, national laws and regulations shall prevail.

 

Warranty Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by human behaviors such as unauthorized repair, disassembly, self-repair, modification, and other actions that cause harm.
  • Warranty will not cover damages caused by missing/misplaced or altered warranty stickers, natural wear, and tear, use of non-realme accessories, usage under extreme conditions, or damage caused by acts of God such as floods, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Damages caused by improper use such as falling, squeezing, water damage, etc., contact with chemical agents, water, sharp objects, improper handling, accident, abuse, abnormal use, or conditions such as swimming, etc., are not covered by warranty.
  • Non-realme official warranty commitments and products purchased overseas are not entitled to claim warranty services in domestic service centers but may avail of repair services on a chargeable basis considering spare part costs, availability, etc., with a prior appointment at service centers.
