TERMS AND CONDITIONS  FOR CONTEST 14Pro Series Pop-up Event (“CONTEST”)

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By entering into this contest, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. 1. The Contest is organised and conducted by Realme Mobile Telecommunications India Private Limited, having its office at 3rd Floor, Tower B, Building Number 8, DLF Cyber City, Gurugram-122002, Haryana, India (Realme India).

2. 2. Contest Period: Entries for this Contest must be received between 12AM on 18/01/2025 and 11.59PM on 22/01/2025 (contest period). After this no entries shall be entertained and summarily rejected.

3. 3. Eligibility: Participants must be citizens of India residing in India. Residents of other countries and non-citizens of India are not eligible to participate. Employees of Realme India, its advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to   

4. 4. Participation in this Contest is voluntary. Entries may only be made according to the procedure described herein.

5. 5. To participate, the Participant(s) must send take following steps as set out herein below.

1. A. Pre-Book the realme 14 pro series as per process described herein and stand a chance to win prizes.
2. B. Pre-booking can be done in following manner:

1. I. Pre-order at the Pop-Up Event: Participants can pre-order the 14 Pro Series mobile phones on-site at the select pop-up event.
2. II. Participate in the Lucky Draw: Upon pre-ordering, participants will receive a receipt, which qualifies them for the lucky draw. The participant is required to drop the receipt in the designated box provided at the venue.
3. 6. Entries which do not qualify with these terms will be disqualified. Realme India reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry any time.

7. 7. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through lucky draw out of all eligible entries.

1. I. On-site Result Announcement: The lucky draw results will be announced on-site during the event. Winners must register their requisite  personal information immediately after the announcement to enable further processing.
2. II. The Lucky winners stand a chance to win products as per Annexure I, the total value of which is approx 88 Lac.

8. 8. Taxes & Incidental expenses: Winners shall be liable for all taxes, levies and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with the Prize and all other costs, expenses including collection and transportation expenses, Prize and Mobile Collection: After completing the full payment for the pre-ordered device, winners can visit the designated Kochi retail store with their receipt to collect the mobile phone and the prize. etc.

9. 9. Proof of identity and residence proof such as driving license, passport or Aadhar card or voter ID etc. to be presented by the winner at the time of claiming prize may be required.

10. 10. Particulars such as mobile no., email id and correct address mandatory to enable realme India to contact the winner and to enable the winner collect the prize. Participation in this contest and furnishing of the personal details by the Participants shall be treated as the explicit consent to receive communication at the contact no / email. No unsolicited contact will be made. Realme India shall not be responsible for non-receipt of any communication due to any network failure or any other issue, technical or otherwise, not within the control of realme India.

11. 11. In case the winner cannot be contacted even after two (2) attempted phone/mail intimation within three (3) days consecutive days, the selected winner will stand disqualified; and the next eligible participant will be selected as per procedure set out herein.

12. 12. The Prizes cannot be transferred/negotiated. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed. If the prize is unavailable, realme India reserves the right to substitute it with equal or greater value.

13. 13. Subject to deposition of tax by winner, submission of ID and Address proof and verification by realme India, the prize would be collected by the winner(s) at their own expenses. Realme India shall not be responsible for non-receipt of the prize on account of any reasons attributable to the winner(s) or any other reason beyond the control of realme India.

14. 14. Mere participation in the Contest or sending the entry does not entitle the Participant to a Prize.

15. 15. realme India shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations mentioned herein, caused by extreme weather conditions, strike, transport issue, pandemic, lockdown, government action or any other event amounting to Force Majeure and beyond their control.

16. 16. By entering into the Contest and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner waive all copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights and consents to realme India’s right to picture, tape or portray him/her as a Contest winner, and to exhibit this material in any and all media now existing or hereinafter created, including without limitation television, film, radio and print media without any compensation whatsoever for advertising and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law. The Prize Winner also consents to realme India’s right to use his/her name, voice or picture or the content of his/her Contest entry.

17. 17. Gifts are provided on "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability, durability, suitability for any particular purpose, performances and/or non-infringement of any applicable laws.

Hold Harmless/Release: By participating in the contest, each participant agrees to hold harmless realme India and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the Prize, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.

19. 19. Realme India reserves the right to change/alter/modify the conditions of this contest and to alter or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

20. 20. By participating in the Contest, each Participant specifically agrees as follows (a) to be bound by these terms which are final and binding in all respect and to comply with all decisions of realme India with regard to the contest (b) that he/she meets the eligibility requirements under these terms and conditions (c) to comply with all central, state, local laws and regulations.

21. 21. The Contest is not available (void) where prohibited by any law. All relevant national and local laws apply. All disputes to be settled within the jurisdiction of the Courts in Gurgaon only.
