Realme P4 Series “Answer & Win” (“contest”) is conducted by Realme India Mobile Telecommunications (India) Private Limited (“Realme India”) having its registered office at 3rd floor, Tower-B, Building-8, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon, Haryana-122002. Before participating, please read the terms and conditions carefully given below.
1. Entries for this contest must be received between 14:00:00 hours on 14th August, 2025 and 23:59:59 hours on 28th August, 2025 (“contest”) and no later. After this no entries shall be entertained and summarily rejected.
2. Participant(s) must be a citizen of India; residing in India. Residents of other countries and non- Indian citizens are not eligible to participate. The Employees, agents, associates and promoters of Realme India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organising the contest are not eligible to participate.
3. To participate:
• During the Contest Period, visit https://www.realme.com/in/ or app.
• On the Contest page, click “Join Now” (available from 12:00 PM IST each day).
• Answer the question(s) provided on the redirected page.
• Upon submitting the correct answer, participants will be redirected to a “Spin the Wheel” page, where they can spin to win an assured prize. Each participant has one chance to spin daily.
• Each participant must submit answers within the same day. The “Join Now” link will refresh daily at 12:00 PM IST with new questions.Each participant has 20 chances to submit answer.
• Only registered users can participate.

All the prize coupons（awarded before 20th August） are used to prove that you have won the prize. The prize commodity coupon will be issued to your account on 20th August，and the prize coupons （awarded after 20th August）will be issued to your account after spin the wheel.
6.The gratifications cannot be transferred/negotiated. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at Realme India ’s sole discretion. If the gratification is unavailable, Realme India reserves the right to substitute it with equal or greater value.
7.The winner for the contest shall be liable for income tax, levies and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with the gratification and all other costs, expenses including travel expenses etc.
8.Only the Winner and not any other person or agent, may claim the gratification except in the case of minor. In the case of minor, the guardian(s) thereof declared so in accordance with law and based on proof of guardianship, will be entitled to claim the gratification.
9.The gratification will be awarded to the winner(s) after due verification and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The winner shall, prior to the collection of the gratification, be required to submit to Realme India, valid ID proof, or any other document as may be required. In case the winner is less than 18 years of age, the gratification may be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian only after submission and verification of the authenticated proof of guardianship by Realme India and other documents as stated before. Realme reserve its right to waive/relax any of the above documenatation requirements as it may deem fit in respect of a participant.
10.Mere participation in the Contest or sending the entry (ies) does not entitle the Participant to gratification. Any fraudulent conduct or use of unfair means, tools, software shall disentitle the Participant. Realme India reserves its right to disqualify, at its sole discretion, any entry which is Illegible, incomplete, defaced, indecipherable or corrupt or which do not comply with any of the terms and conditions given herein.
11.Gratifications provided are on "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability, durability, suitability for any particular purpose, performances and/or non-infringement of any applicable laws.
12.The Contest, the Realme India Realme P4 Series “Answer & Win” Page on website, community and any other platform wherein the Contest, or these Terms and Conditions are provided are, along with the content and information provided therein, unless expressly indicated otherwise, along with all intellectual property vested therein, shall be the sole and exclusive property of Realme India. Any action or attempted action by any Participant that is or may be reasonably construed as being or likely to be detrimental, harmful or disruptive of such property shall render such Participant liable to be proceeded against under applicable laws by Realme India.
13. Realme India reserves the right (but is not obliged to) to publish, reproduce, paraphrase, broadcast or display any and all entries, in part or in entirety, submitted by Participants, as well as the name, photograph, likeness or other information of the Participant, on the website of Realme India , its Facebook page, Realme India community Page or any other platform, digital or otherwise that Realme India , in its sole discretion, shall deem fit, for any purpose, whether promotional, advertising-related or otherwise, and Realme India shall not be liable to provide any benefit, compensation or consideration to any Participant for such use of their entries or details.
14. By entering into this contest and accepting gratification, the winner(s) waives all copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights and specifically consents to Realme India’s right to audiography, videography, picture, tape or portray him/her as the winner and to exhibit this material in any and all media now existing or hereinafter created, including (without limitation) television, film, radio and print media without any compensation whatsoever for such advertising and publicity, except where prohibited by law, for a period of 5 years from the award of gratification. The winner(s) also consent to Realme India’s unconditional right to use his/her name, voice or picture or the contents of his/her entry.
15.By participating, each Participant agrees to hold harmless Realme India and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest and the show/TV Commercial, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Campaign and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the gratification, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
16.Realme India reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and to alter or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. An updated version of the terms and conditions may be made available on the website of realme India.
17.By participating, each Participant specifically accepts as follows (a) that he/she has fully read and understood all the terms and conditions and be unconditionally bound by them b) that he/she satisfies the eligibility requirements under these rules c) that he/she unconditionally accepts the winner so selected d) that he/she shall honour all decisions of Realme India with regard to the campaign and its interpretation and not challenge them (e) to comply with all Central, State, Local Laws and Regulations.
18.Realme India may a sign any or all of its rights and obligations under this campaign and these Terms and Conditions to any third party without consent of the Participants.
19.This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta. You are providing your information to Realme India and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used in accordance with the following: in winner announcement purposes on the website.
20.The contest is not available (void) where prohibited by any law. All relevant national and local laws apply. All disputes to be settled within the jurisdiction of the Courts in Gurgaon (Haryana) only.
