Share Your realme Moments & Win Big!” (“contest”) is conducted by Realme India Mobile Telecommunications (India) Private Limited (“Realme India”) having its registered office at 3rd floor, Tower-B, Building-8, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon, Haryana-122002. Before participating, please read the terms and conditions carefully given below.
What's the campaign timeline？
- Event Time (Collection Period): Entries for this contest must be received between 30th, June 2025 and 23:59:59 hours on 16th, July 2025(“contest”) and no later. After this no entries shall be entertained and summarily rejected.
- Prize Announcement: July 22nd
- Showcase of Winners：Show on realme official webstore "https://www.realme.com/in/realme-15-series-collection-event" page on 22nd, July
How to participate the campaign？
1)Participant(s) must be a citizen of India; residing in India. Residents of other countries and non- Indian citizens are not eligible to participate. The Employees, agents, associates and promoters of Realme India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organising the contest are not eligible to participate.
2)To participate, the Participant(s) must own any realme Number Series smartphone. The detailed phone models list participating in this campaign is availabe in Annexure-I. To participate, the entries shall be sent as per Annexure-I
3) Entry Requirements:
An entry by the participant shall be as per the Annexure-I.
An entry must:
- be an original, true owned by the participant; free of plagiarism and third- party claims, intellectual property or otherwise;
- be different from others. If your content is found to be the same as someone else's, the content of the earliest submitter will be determined to be valid;
- photos must bear the realme Number Seires watermark;
- with text descriptions, which should be authentic and vivid, showcasing stories with realme products or genuine evaluations of Number Series products;
- comply with laws and regulations；
- not be subject to any restrictions as to use, publication, reproduction, duplication, copying in any way or infringe any applicable laws.
- not contain, indicate, suggest or refer to any material, content or information, including but not limited to logos, caricatures, slogans, sketches, designs or other graphics or any other material which are or are likely to be obscene, libelous, blasphemous, defamatory, violative of any laws, in contempt of court, anti- national or against the declared public policies of the nation or defamatory to any religious faith or anything which panders to puritan taste, interfere/infringe upon any rights under applicable laws (including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, design or contract) of any third party.
Copyright Statement: Users promise that the works are original, and authorize realme to use them for brand promotion (advertising, official website display, etc.).
Participation Methods:
- Participate through the official webstore: Enter the questionnaire through the event page and complete the content according to the questionnaire guidelines to participate in the event.
- Social Media: Submit your entry on Instagram, Facebook, or X by tagging realme's official social media handles and using the designated contest hashtag.
- Participate through realme community: Reply under the event's main post on realme community.
These are the only valid modes of participation. No other forms of entry will be accepted.
Selection Method:
The winner would be selected by a panel of Judges consisting members from Realme India. Realme will select interesting and creative works from the official webstore, community and social media entries, combined with the number of likes in the community and social media, the quality of the content, and give out surprise gifts.

2）Award-winning Works Display:
The names of the winner(s) would be announced via realme official website. The top 10 works will be displayed on the campaign page on 22nd July. (Note: Winners' avatars will be shown on the page, and participation implies default consent.)
3）Prize Distribution:
Prizes will be distributed as coupons to users' accounts, each winning participant is only eligible to claim one coupon.
realme India or its agents/representatives would contact the winners on realme official account. Realme India or its agents/representatives shall not be liable for any failure to receive any such communication sent to the realme user ID or social media acoount registered/provided by the Participant.
- For realme official webstore and community users, prizes will be issued as coupons to users' accounts, coupons will be sent on 15 series launching day. Please pay attention to realme official account's messages after the submission deadline to provide the IMEI number of the mobile phone used to take the works.
- For social media users, please follow the private message, after being shortlisted, realme official account will contact you to ask for a realme user ID and the IMEI number of the mobile phone used to take the works, so that we can issue the prizes. This ID will only be used for prize distribution, we will clean it up quickly after use and will not keep it.
- If winners fail to provide their realme user ID and IMEI number before the 15 series launching day, they will be deemed to have automatically waived the prize.
- Coupons are valid for 15 days after arriving in the account. No reissue will be provided for expired coupons, so please check the account coupons promptly.
Data Privacy:
- By participating in this Contest the Participant hereby unequivocally and irrevocably grant the Organizer it's free consent and a right to collect, store, process, use, share, transfer, publish the personal data (including images, videos, documents, etc.) provided by the Participant on any medium and mode and in the manner as may be desired by the Organizer in accordance with the data privacy notice of realme available at https://www.realme.com/in/legal/privacy-policy.
- All personal information, images and documents collected by the Organizers from the Participants shall also be used by the Organizers for the purposes connected with this Contest including but not limited to conducting verification (including third party verification), etc. and all such documents and information so collected shall become the property of the Organizer. The Participants hereby agree that they are providing their personal information and documents to the Organizers out of their own will, and they shall have no claims against the Organizers or anyone associated with the Organizer for using their personal information, images and documents for any purpose connected with the Contest or in the manner prescribed under realme’s data privacy policy mentioned herein above. Further, the Participants absolve the Organizer and anyone associated with the Organizer in case any personal information and documents of the Participants are misused by any third party whose actions cannot be effectively controlled by the Organizers.
- The Participants agree and accept that they can deny, refuse, or withdraw their consent from sharing any data provided by them, by contacting to the Organizer in writing in which case the Participants forfeits its right to participate in the Contest including any winnings and the Organizers, too, reserve the right of disqualifying the Participants/Winners.
- The Participants hereby, unequivocally, and irrevocably accept all the Data Privacy clauses/terms as explicitly mentionedand in the Company Privacy Policy https://www.realme.com/in/legal/privacy-policy.
Confidentiality:
- Notification of the ‘Winner’ status must be kept confidential by the Participants who have won and may be contacted/ intimated by the Organizers. The Confidentiality of winning in the Contest shall be maintained by the Participants until the Winners are publicly revealed by the Organizer otherwise REALME, at its discretion, reserves the right to disqualify the Participants and the Participants prize shall be forfeited and the same shall be final and binding and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
General Terms:
- By participating, each Participant specifically accepts as follows (a) that he/she has fully read and understood all the terms and conditions and be unconditionally bound by them b) that he/she satisfies the eligibility requirements under these rules c) that he/she unconditionally accepts the winner so selected d) that he/she shall honour all decisions of Realme India with regard to the campaign and its interpretation and not challenge them (e) to comply with all Central, State, Local Laws and Regulations.
- Realme India reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and to cancel, alter, extend, or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. An updated version of the terms and conditions may be made available on the website of realme India.
- Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Contest at its sole and absolute discretion without giving prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms from time to time.
- The Organizer reserves the right to verify on its own or through any third party, at any time whether the Participants actually purchased realme mobile phones during the Event Duration or not, and in case the Organizer finds that the product was not purchased during the Event Duration, or the Participants has not complied with these terms and conditions, then the Organizer has the right and liberty to disqualify any Participant.
- Only the Winner and not any other person or agent, may claim the prize except in the case of minor. In the case of minor, the guardian(s) thereof declared so in accordance with law and based on proof of guardianship, will be entitled to claim the prize.
- The winner shall, prior to the collection of the prize, be required to submit to Realme India, valid ID proof, or any other document as may be required. The Organizers may contact the Participants on their registered number or Email ID as provided by the Participants at the time of enrollment for the Contest and the Organizers may, as a pre-requisite, ask the Participants to submit documents like proof of ID, Age, PAN Card, etc. Any default in submitting the required documents or submission of illegible, false, or forged documents shall automatically disqualify the winner without any further intimation require from the Organizers and the Organizer, unconditionally, shall be at a liberty to forfeit the prize. After verification, the prize winner may be informed about the entire process of redemption of the prize. The prize will be awarded to the winner(s) after due verification and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. In case the winner is less than 18 years of age, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian only after submission and verification of the authenticated proof of guardianship by Realme India and other documents as stated before. Realme reserve its right to waive/relax any of the above documenatation requirements as it may deem fit in respect of a participant. Organizer assumes no liability or responsibility for (i) Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the personal information including contact details and documents provided by the Participants; (ii) Any unauthorized access to or use of the Organizer secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information that may be contained therein. (iii) Any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from or through the Promotion.
- Award of prizes is subject to the verification of the documents of the Participants by the Organizers or any third party appointed by the Organizers and the Participants hereby give their consent to the Organizers for the use of their documents and personal information for the said purposes.
- Mere participation in the Contest or sending the entry (ies) does not entitle the Participant to prize. Any fraudulent conduct or use of unfair means, tools, software shall disentitle the Participant. Realme India reserves its right to disqualify, at its sole discretion, any entry which is Illegible, incomplete, defaced, indecipherable or corrupt or which do not comply with any of the terms and conditions given herein.
- It is clarified that in case the Participant become disqualified on account of any Government restriction, winner regulations, norms, policy, etc., in such case Winner shall not have any claim against Organizer for the same and shall be deemed to have availed of his/her prize.
- The Contest, the Realme India Event Page, website, community and any other platform wherein the Contest, or these Terms and Conditions are provided are, along with the content and information provided therein, unless expressly indicated otherwise, along with all intellectual property vested therein, shall be the sole and exclusive property of Realme India. Any action or attempted action by any Participant that is or may be reasonably construed as being or likely to be detrimental, harmful or disruptive of such property shall render such Participant liable to be proceeded against under applicable laws by Realme India.
- Realme India reserves the right (but is not obliged to) to publish, reproduce, paraphrase, broadcast or display any and all entries, in part or in entirety, submitted by Participants, as well as the name, photograph, likeness or other information of the Participant, on the website of Realme India , its Facebook page, Realme India community Page or any other platform, digital or otherwise that Realme India , in its sole discretion, shall deem fit, for any purpose, whether promotional, advertising-related or otherwise, and Realme India shall not be liable to provide any benefit, compensation or consideration to any Participant for such use of their entries or details.
- At the Organizer's request, winners must participate in all promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) surrounding or connected with the Contest and winning of the prize, and they unequivocally provide their consent to the Organizer for making and/ or using their name, likeness, video, image and/or voice in promotional material or in any media for 5 years without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Contest (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organizer.
- Decisions of Organizer's will be final and binding with regard to the Contest and prizes and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
- The prizes cannot be transferred/negotiated. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at Realme India ’s sole discretion. If the prize is unavailable, Realme India reserves the right to substitute it with equal or greater value.
- Any costs or expenses incurred to participate in the Contest and/or to claim the Prize, if any and as applicable shall be solely borne by the Winner and Organizer shall not be liable for any such costs or expenses.
- The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Winners will have to bear incidental costs, if any, that may arise for redemption of the prize.The winner for the contest shall be liable for income tax, levies and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with the prize and all other costs, expenses including travel expenses etc.
- Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this Contest.
- This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, lock down, pandemic, government orders political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer (the “Force Majeure Event”). The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect which may be caused to this Contest and its Participants as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
- The Participants agree and acknowledge that the Organizer do not provide any warranties or guarantees in respect of merchantability, quality of the goods or services being offered in connection with the prize nor are the Organizers liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/ availed by the Participants and winners in pursuance of this Contest. The Prizes are not supported with any warranties or guarantees offered by REALME. If any Participants have any grievance with respect to the prize, he/she may directly contact manufacturer.
- By participating in the Contest, each Participant confirms and waives the applicability of rules and regulations of TRAI pertaining to the National Do Not Call Registry and Unsolicited Commercial Communication pertaining to activities conducted by the Organizer in connection with this Contest and that each Participant agrees to receive engagement messages, calls and alerts including without limitation any updates pertaining to this Contest from and/ or on behalf of the Organizers as they may, in their sole and absolute discretion, decide.
- realme India may a sign any or all of its rights and obligations under this campaign and these Terms and Conditions to any third party without consent of the Participants.
- The contest is not available (void) where prohibited by any law. All disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurgaon (Haryana) only.
- Participants shall comply with these terms and conditions and waives any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Organizer and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from in this Contest or in redemption of any Prizes under this Contest.
- This Contest is not applicable to realme employees and their immediate relatives realme distributors and dealers and their respective employees and their immediate relatives.
