If you use google assistant by pressing the mic key on the remote, please refer to Near field voice doesn't work.

1. Near field voice doesn't work

Prerequisites for using Google Assistant

When using Google Assistant, the remote control and TV need to meet the following requirements, please confirm one by one.

        1. Check if the TV connects to the network successfully

        2. Check if the Bluetooth remote pairs to the TV

        3. Check if the Google account has been signed in

        4. Best to keep your mouth within 5 centimeters away from the near field microphone on the remote.

It is recommended that you re-operate the above requirements before trying other operations, for example, re-pair the remote control, log out of the Google account and log in again, etc.

Foreign objects around the Mic button

There are Foreign objects around the mic key cause the key to stuck or not work. Please remove and clear the remote.

2. Far-field voice doesn't work

Prerequisites for using Google Assistant

When using Google Assistant, the remote control and TV need to meet the following requirements, please confirm one by one.

        1. Check if the TV connects to the network successfully

        2. Check if the Google account has been signed in

        3. Check if the microphones of the far-field voice function have been turned on

        4. Best to keep yourself within 3 meters away from the far-field microphones while using the far-field voice function.

It is recommended that you re-operate the above requirements before trying other operations, for example, re-pair the remote control, log out of the Google account and log in again, etc.

3. MIC Function switch doesn't been turned on

The far-field MIC function switch does not be moved to the [ON] position, or there is a foreign object. Please check if there is a foreign object and slide the switch to [ON] again.

4. Check if the issue is caused by the TV

1. Please unplug the TV power cord and reinsert it after 2 minutes.
2. Please refer to How to reset realme Smart TV?  to restore the TV to factory settings.

1. realme Smart TV NEO 32" doesn't support Voice Assistant

2. Only realme Smart TV 4K 126cm (50") and realme Smart TV 4K 108cm (43")-RMV2004 supports both far-field voice and near-field voice.

3. Other realme Smart TVs only support near-field voice.
