Problem phenomenon:
1. Not able to charge any realme device
2. Not charging issue
3. The power bank is not working
4. Power bank not responding
Solutions:
1. Please check whether the power bank is charged, and press the power key to check the battery level. If the power bank is charged, the LED will blink.
2. If your power bank isn't responding, please put it on charge for at least 30 minutes until it responds. Otherwise, follow steps 3 and 4 and put the power bank on charge again.
3. Make sure the USB cable is not damaged or defective. If it is, replace the cable and check again.
4. Please check whether the USB port is dirty, please clean it and try again.
5. Check if the phone can be charged directly by connecting it to the socket. If not, the phone may have a problem. Please contact with the phone manufacturer.
