How to Claim Warranty for realme Products?

This warranty policy applies to realme products sold in India only, which includes Mobile Phones, Accessories, IoT Products, TVs, laptops, etc. During the warranty period, if a functional failure occurs upon normal usage, realme will provide free repair service or replacement according to the standard policy guidelines set by the company. If the product is Under warranty & With any functional failure after testing, you can avail the warranty by the below processes.

1. Visit realme service center along with the valid purchase proof of invoice and the original box.

*On submission of your device for physical inspection or repair, it shall be our responsibility to point out the defects or errors to you which shall be recorded on a job sheet along with the required personal information. In case you don’t receive it, please contact us at 1800 102 2777.

2. Apply realme Pick-up service and fill in the repair form. realme would pick up the product, and after testing and maintenance, realme would mail it back.  

3. Contact realme customer service, then realme would make a repair onsite service appointment for your realme Smart TV products.

* Currently the pick-up service is only supported on realme phones. 

* The pick-up service is not available in some pin codes, which you can check on the application page. If your pin code is not available, it’s recommended to go to a nearby service center for testing.


 

Repair tips:

  • 1. Please back up all personal data on your device.

  • 2. To protect your personal data, please remove the security lock and reset your device.

  • 3. The device will take 48-72 hours to get repaired once received by the delivery partner but the logistics time will depend upon the current situation.

  • 4. Two-ways free courier is only for in-warranty cases.
