Problem phenomenon:
When the phone is on a call, the mobile network will be disconnected and cannot be used.
Causes:
1. The VOLTE high-definition calling function is not enabled on the phone. When the phone calls, the signal drops to 2G, and the phone cannot access the Internet when the 2G network is used.
2. The phone system is dual-card, dual-standby, and single-pass. During a call, the non-calling card cannot access the Internet.
3. The phone is in arrears and cannot access the Internet.
4. Abnormal SIM cards and abnormal network environments lead the phone can't access the Internet.
5. After the data saving is turned on, the app will be prohibited from using the data network in the background.
Troubleshooting solution:
1. If the phone signal drops to 2G during the call, it is recommended that you contact the operator to enable the VoLTE function before using it.
2. If you are using dual SIM cards, only the calling card is supported to use the data to access the Internet, and the non-calling card is not supported to use the data to access the Internet. This is a normal phenomenon.
3. Please confirm whether the phone is in arrears. If the phone is in arrears, the phone will not be able to use the mobile network.
4. Please replace the SIM card or try to change the current environment. If the SIM card is abnormal or the current environment signal is unstable, the mobile network will be unavailable.
5. Please go to Settings > Mobile network > Data Usage > Turn off Data Saving.
If none of the above can solve your problem, please back up your data and go to the nearest realme customer service center for testing.
