This function has been supported since realme UI 2.0. realme UI 1.0 and ColorOS 6.0 do not support this function.
Setting path:
realme UI 2.0 & above versions: Settings > Accessibility & convenience / Additional / System settings > Accessibility > Vision > Remove animations.
realme UI R & S & T & Go & U Edition: Settings > Search "Remove animations" in the search bar > Remove animations
