Operation method:
For Neckband -
Press and hold the multi-function button for about 10 seconds until the LED light starts blinking, the earphone clears the original pairing record, and restores the factory settings.
For the TWS buds with multi-function button -
Put the earphone into the charging case, open the top cover of the charging case, press and hold the multi-function button for about 10 seconds. Until the LED light starts blinking, the earphone clears the original pairing record and restores the factory settings.
For the TWS buds without multi-function button -
Put the two earphones into the charging case, open the top cover of the charging case, and press and hold the touch area of the two earphones for 10s at the same time. Until the phone Bluetooth searches for the buds, and the reset is successful.
For realme Buds Air 3 Neo, realme TechLife Buds T100- Open the top cover of the charging case, take the two earphones out of the charging case, and press and hold the touch area of the two earphones for more than 10s at the same time, until the phone Bluetooth searches for the name of the earphones.
Note: Wired earphones (like the realme Buds Classic) do not require a reset.
