1. If the indicator light of realme Smart Camera is not flashing red, please disconnect the power and try again;
2. If it still fails, please press and hold the RESET button at the bottom of the camera until the beep sounds appear and release it. After waiting for about 30 seconds, check whether the indicator light is flashing red;
3. If the camera you want to add is not found, please enter the Wi-Fi list of the phone and check whether there is a Wi-Fi named "realme - camera-XXX";
4. If the device fails to connect, a new page will appear indicating that the pairing fails:
a. Check whether the Wi-Fi password is wrong;
b. Check whether the Wi-Fi can be connected to the Internet normally;
c. Try to pair again and confirm whether the pairing can be successful;
5. If the device fails to connect, a new page will appear prompting to switch Wi-Fi: Click the "Switch Wi-Fi" button to enter the Wi-Fi selection page of the phone system, select the Wi-Fi named "realme - camera-XXX". After clicking connect, go back to the realme Link app. The device will start the connection, after some time, confirm whether the connection is completed;
6. If the device fails to connect, the new page that appears will prompt "This device has been paired by another account", you need to unpair the device in the previous account and add it again, or submit an unpairing application;
7. If the device fails to connect, the new page that appears is that "realme - camera-XXX" cannot access the Internet. Do you allow the Wi-Fi assistant to switch to a better network? Then click "Don't Allow", the device will complete the connection normally;
