If your phone is unresponsive or insensitive when NFC reads the physical card, you can troubleshoot as follows:
Make sure NFC is turned on.
Please pull down the notification center to confirm that the NFC switch is turned on.
Please adjust the reading method and distance.
When reading the card, please align the NFC sensing area of the phone (generally the upper area on the back of the phone) with the card. If there is no response or insensitivity, please adjust the sensing position and height of the phone (it is recommended that the phone be 1-2 cm away from the card).
Please install and set up the card reader apps
Please make sure your phone has installed the apps that can read NFC cards.
If the above methods do not solve your problem, it is recommended that you back up your data and go to the nearest realme customer service center for testing.
