Problem phenomenon:
The tablet automatically sends text messages, makes calls, and sneaks data in the background;
The tablet automatically downloads and installs malware, and uploads user privacy information;
A large number of small advertisements pop up during the use of the software and cannot be closed;
The data in the tablet is lost for no reason;
The tablet is maliciously deducted.
Problem causes:
If you download and install the app through unofficial channels, the installation package may have been tampered with and implanted with some malicious code, resulting virus.
If you have clicked on some unsafe links, some malware may have been downloaded automatically in the background.
If you've ever rooted your device, this can make your system less secure, allowing viruses to get in.
Solution:
1. It is recommended that you go to the Google Play protection mechanism to scan and kill viruses.
Open Settings > Select Security > Select Google Plarotect > Click Scan > Wait for the result.
2. If the problem is not solved, it is recommended that you restore the factory settings.
Factory reset will delete the data in your device, including your account, system settings and data, installed applications and their data, etc. To avoid loss of important data, please back up your data in advance, and be careful not to back up suspicious applications to avoid the virus again when recovering.
Go to Settings > System > Reset Options , tap Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, and Bluetooth Settings, and follow the on-screen instructions to restore.
If the problem still cannot be solved after restoring the factory settings, it may be that the virus has tampered with the system files. Please back up important data in advance and go to the realme service center for testing.
