The system prompts "It looks like Windows hasn't loaded correctly"

Problem phenomenon:

The screen is blue and shows  "It looks like Windows hasn't loaded correctly" when starts up.

Causes:

Possibly some system files are missing.

Solutions:

1. Try restarting the computer.

2. Press F8 to reset the computer.
