realme TV 32’
realme TV 43’
Causes:
1. The remote Bluetooth is not connected to the TV
2. The remote and the TV are in the process of Bluetooth pairing because individual TV Bluetooth pairing needs some time
3. The remote battery is low, and the battery is installed incorrectly
Solution:
1. Please try to hard reset TV by unplugging TV power cable, then try again.
2. When TV first starts and connects to the Network in the Initialization process, Google software will check the version of the built-in application in the background. If a new version is detected, it will automatically upgrade. In this process, the memory consumption is large, which will cause the remote temporarily unable to be connected or stuck. After the upgrade is completed, it will recover by itself. Please be patient and wait for a few minutes.
3. Remove the remote battery, interrupt the Bluetooth pairing process, wait a few seconds for the TV to exit the pairing process, and install the remote battery.
4. Replace with new batteries and install them correctly.
If none of the above methods can solve the problem, we recommend you to avail the warranty.
