4. This watch is not available for sale in the country/region.
5. The mobile phone system version does not meet the watch connection requirements.
6. The Bluetooth is interfered with by the signal or exceeds the Bluetooth connection distance.
7. There is a software or hardware problem with the watch or phone.
Solutions：
1. Use the watch APP to scan the code to bind the watch.
2. Update the watch APP to ensure that the APP is the latest version.
3. Lock the APP in the background of the system to avoid system killing and connection interruption.
4. Select the corresponding purchase area of the product in the area on the watch APP.
5. Update the mobile phone system version to the latest version to meet the watch connection requirements.
6. Make sure the watch is near the phone, and the effective Bluetooth connection distance is about 10 meters.
7. Try restarting the watch and phone, and then reconnecting.
8. Try to reset the watch.
9. Try to connect the watch to another mobile phone.
If the above troubleshooting cannot solve the problem, please bring the purchase certificate to the realme service center, and the engineer will check it.
