Please check the mentioned steps for the quick fix:
1. Please try to hard reset TV by unplugging TV power cord, then try again.
2. When TV first start-up and connect to Network in Initialization processing. Google software will check the version of the built-in application in the background. If a new version is detected, it will automatically upgrade the version. In this process, the memory consumption is large, which will cause the remote temporarily unable to be connected or stuck. After the upgrade is completed, it will recover by itself. Please be patient and wait for a few minutes.
3. Remove the remote battery, interrupt the Bluetooth pairing process, wait a few seconds for the TV to exit the pairing process, and install the remote battery.
4. Replace with new batteries and install them correctly.
