If your mobile phone is fingerprinted and finds that it cannot be entered, you can try the following steps:
1. Keep fingerprints and fingerprint buttons clean when entering fingerprints.
2. Try to change your finger a few times, possibly because you have not obtained the complete information of the fingerprint.
3. The backup data is restored to the factory settings, or upgrade to the latest version of the attempt.
