Warranty Policy

Our warranty is provided by realme to supplement the relevant national legal rights against the Products itself, the importer and the seller. Therefore, the warranty does not affect or alter the rights under applicable law.

  1. realme warrants that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and the warranty applies if the Product is used in accordance with the applicable User Manual during the warranty period (defined below).
  2. Warranty Period, the country, only available for direct import of products made by our company, within the conditions in Article 1 are as follows:

  1. In some countries, consumer law does not allow limitations on the warranty period or on the type of parts covered by the warranty. Therefore, the above limitations in Article 2 may not apply to parts that do not comply with such laws.
  2. realme or Authorized Service Centers will repair or replace the Product or related parts, if necessary, in the event of a defect in material and workmanship due to production under warranty terms.
  3. In the event of repair or replacement of a defective or defective product resulting from production under the warranty period and warranty terms, the cost thereof shall not be reflected to the consumer (parts, labor or otherwise). Defective products, parts, materials or equipment that are replaced free of charge belong to realme and are not returned to customers by Authorized Services.
  4. The warranty for a free repaired product or replacement part shall continue for the duration of the remaining warranty period or for three months from the date of repair, whichever is longer.
  5. The date of purchase and a valid proof of purchase (invoice or warranty certificate with date, IMEI / serial number of the purchased company and product) must be maintained and presented on the date of the warranty request. realme reserves the right to refuse the above service in relation to the warranty claim if the Proof of Purchase is not provided.
  6. Some accessories (eg device box, user manual, warranty card, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
  7. This Warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by:
  8. Normal wear and tear of the equipment or normal aging of the Product / Parts;
  9. Damage to the Products or Parts due to misuse, abuse, neglect or accident (fall, bending, crushing, jamming, printing, use outside the temperature range specified in the instruction manual, liquid damage, etc.);
  10. Any intervention, disassembly, repair, modification of parts or software by any person / company outside the realme Authorized Service Center;
  11. Food or liquid spillage, corrosion, rust or incorrect voltage use;
  12. Scratches or damage caused by friction on plastic surfaces and other parts subject to external impact as a result of normal use;
  13. Use other than that described according to the user manual of the product.
  14. Warranty does not apply:
  15. a) the IMEI / Serial number or warranty seal on the Product is unreadable, damaged or removed;
  16. b) Proof of Purchase is not available.
  17. The warranty applies to the Product and its Parts. The warranty does not apply to software or other equipment owned by third parties. However, you must check the end-user license agreement, individual warranty notices / explanations, and / or the exceptions provided for such products.

Your Responsibilities

You must delete all personal information and data (telephone numbers, texts, pictures, etc.) you have stored in the Product before handing them over to the Backup and Authorized Service Centers before handing over your Product to the realme Service Center or an Authorized Service Center for maintenance / repair under this Warranty.

Limitation of realme Responsibilities

  1. Except as provided above, realme makes no other warranties, either express or implied, by law or otherwise. Consumer law in some countries does not allow limitations on the basis of the Product warranty, and therefore certain limitations in this warranty may not apply to you.
  2. If you do not back up your information before delivering your product to the realme Service Center or Authorized Service Center under this Warranty, realme cannot be held liable for damage or loss of programs, data, SIM cards, or replaceable storage media.
  3. realme shall not be liable for any damages in the event of realme's breach of warranty, to the extent permitted by Local law and also if the consequences of such breach are not reasonably foreseeable. As a consumer, the use of devices may not be commercial. realme is therefore not liable for any loss of time, loss of revenue, expected contract savings or indirect damages resulting from inability to use the device.

  5. The Warranty Rules may be updated from time to time by realme. Please always visit the realme website to find the most up-to-date information regarding the Warranty Rules.

 This symbol (with or without frame), batteries (if present) and / or packaging, indicates that the appliance, electrical accessories (such as headphones, adapters or cables) must not be disposed of with household waste.
