Self-Service Repair
Self-service repair allows users to carry out device repairs independently using official manuals, software tools, and spare parts provided by the manufacturer or its authorized partners. By proceeding, you acknowledge that self-repair involves technical, safety, and performance risks, including but not limited to device malfunction, permanent damage, data loss, or personal injury. Nothing on this page limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable EU and Polish consumer protection laws, including rights arising from lack of conformity or product liability. However, the manufacturer shall not be liable for any defect, damage, or loss that is directly or indirectly caused by improper repair, failure to follow official instructions, or the use of non-authorized parts, tools, or software. Digital repair tools and software are provided in accordance with EU digital content regulations. Self-service repair is intended to support sustainability, extend product lifespan, and offer greater consumer choice. It does not replace professional repair services.
