Service Times: This service expires after one use within the service validity period;
Service Scope: During the validity period of the service, this service can only be used if the screen is damaged or cracked due to non-human factors (non-original screens cannot use this service). If the damage of parts other than the screen affects the replacement of the mobile phone screen alone, customers should pay first to repair the damaged parts and then get the free screen replacement service.

Important Notices:
1. This service does not apply to screen damage caused by liquid;

6. If the phone is returned under realme Warranty Policy, the extended warranty fee will be refunded to the customer and the warranty service will be terminated;
7. Due to the missed/damaged IMEI number, the device can't be recognized as an under-warranty device, this warranty won't cover it;
8. Natural damage such as tear, abrasion, and aging of the device appearance and decorative parts of the device, including scratches, dents, rust, and cracks on the appearance does not apply to the service;
9. If the device is repaired or parts are replaced by unauthorized repair service providers, this service cannot be used;
10. The official customer service centers will collect and recycle the faulty parts during the repair process;
