What if there is no response while insert USB drive in realme Smart TV?

1. Check if the external USB hub is connected. If so, please remove it first.
2. Re-plug after unplugging the USB drive
3. Try changing the USB port
4. Please reboot the TV, clear cache, back up all the data and flash back to the official latest system version
