Q. What will be my extended warranty or till when it will be extended?


Hi, your health and well-being, as always, remains our top priority.
Looking at the current situation, we would like to announce that the realme products with their warranty expiring between 20th March and 3rd May will now have their warranty extended until 30th June.


 

Q. What will be the delivery time once the order is placed? / how many days will it take to deliver the order?

Hi, please note that your order has been successfully placed with us. It will be delivered in 7-14 working days.

Q. How can you ensure that the virus will not be transmitted during deliveries?
 

To keep healthy atmosphere with our staffs and the consumers is our top-most priority. Kindly note that in wake of COVID-19 situation, realme will take all relevant steps to ensure better customer experience and Contactless deliveries hence we are taking the below measures -
 
·       Sanitization and Disinfection – We are ensuring that all our warehouses are sanitized and disinfected.
·       Health check-ups – Our employees and delivery partners are taking all the measures to check each and every employee on a daily basis.
·       Contactless deliveries - since social distancing is a very important aspect to keep our delivery agents as well as our customers safe hence we require a confirmation from your side which allows us to use OTP as a validation method instead of getting E-POD as this requires same device to be handled by many customers and increases hygiene risks.
 
We stand strong with the preventive measures taken by the government to fight COVID-19.


 
Q. Will you deliver in my location? / My area is in redzone will you delivery? / How to check whether you will deliver in my area ?

Hi, thanks for sharing your concern. In order to check the availability  of delivery in your location we request you to visit realme official website and enter your area pincode to check for delivery details. As per government’s revised directives, dated 01-05-2020, E-Commerce activities are now allowed to resume for non-essentials in the Orange & Green Zones only. Please follow our official channels (social media) and platform (realme.com and app) for latest updates. Meanwhile, urge everyone to Stay Home, Stay Safe and Stay Real.
