Information / Solution

The ability to view contacts stored on the SIM card is subject to the installed Android version and the customization, and the feature is disabled for some markets/operators. If the option to view SIM contacts is not available, you can first import (copy) the SIM contacts to the internal phone memory, and then view the contacts from there.

To import contacts from a SIM card.

1.Insert the SIM card containing the contacts you want to import, then start the phone.
2.Find and tap on Setting application.
3.Tap System App option.
4.Then tap contact.
5.Tap Import/export contact.
6.Then select Import from storage device.
7.Select phone.
8.Contact (vcf).
