What If Bluetooth cannot connect?

If you are experiencing Bluetooth connectivity problems, we recommend the following troubleshooting:


1. Confirm that the Bluetooth device is fully charged.
2. Confirm whether the Bluetooth device is pairable and connectable.
3. If paired, cancel the paired device in the Bluetooth settings interface and try to rescan the connection.

If the above does not solve your problem, please go to the nearby realme service center for testing
