When the phone runs out of memory or the application has some unknown anomalies, it may cause the application to become stuck, unresponsive, and flashback. It is recommended that you do the following troubleshooting:
1. To ensure that the phone runs with sufficient memory.
Check if the phone's running memory is sufficient, try not to run too many programs in the system background at the same time. You can click on the multitasking button to view and manage the programs that are running in the background.
2. Reset the application.
Observe again after you clear the app data. You can find and click the application in [Settings] > [Application Management] > [Application List] to enter the storage occupation and manually clear the application data. Or you can try by choosing to uninstall the app and re-download it.
Note: This will clear all data for the app and back up if necessary.
