If the mobile phone is not used for a long time or the data is abnormal, it may not be able to boot. It is recommended to try the following:
1. Forced restart
When the application or system is abnormal, the mobile phone may not respond. You can try to press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time to force the device to restart. If it is unsuccessful, please continue with other operations.
2. Try to boot after charging.
If you do not use it for a long time or some abnormal conditions may cause the phone to feed, you can try to charge continuously (half an hour or more) and then press step 1 to force it on.
