Some Apps cannot access the Internet
1. Cross Check if Apps can access the internet when connected to Wi-Fi network:
A. If Apps cannot access the internet when connected to a Wi-Fi network, the issue could be related to the router/Wi-Fi source. It is recommended to check the Wi-Fi source setting or network provider;
B. If Apps can access to the internet via Wi-Fi, it is recommended to try the following operations.
2. Cross Check if Apps can access the internet on another mobile phone. If the same App cannot access to the internet on another mobile phone, contact the Apps developer.
If not, check below phenomenon:
Open Setting>Permissions>Apps to check if the App has permissions to use data.
Check if the user has security control software (such as LBE security guru, 360 mobile guards) which restricts some programs from using the Internet. If so, it is recommended to turn off the restriction.
If the issue still remains:
1. It is recommended to re-install the Apps or clear the data cache then try again;
2. Please back up all the data, clear cache and flash to the latest system version.
